The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation
Paul is the Founder and current Chairperson of The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation (www.HagueCAA.org). He is also a visiting scholar at the Nelson R. Mandela School of Law at the University of Fore Hare, South Africa. He is qualified to practice law in England, New York, Washington State and Ontario. Having served as lead counsel on well over 20 billion Dollars’ worth of aviation transactions, in addition to restructuring and contentious matters, he has been the recipient of numerous aviation and legal industry awards and other recognition for his various work and industry contributions. He serves as a senior partner and the head of the aviation and marine group for Withers, a 125 year-old law firm headquartered in London. He was born in Iran, raised in Canada and now lives in Hong Kong along with his wife of 20 years, three young children and a Tibetan Mastiff.
